I called two to three weeks ago indicatting that i had been having problems with my blu ray machine—voice cutting out and other problems been happending for several months. The service representative automatically knew what i was speaking of and stated he would be sending me a firmware update cd. out that day. I have not received the update that he said would be here within the next five to six days. THat has been more than two weeks ago Please advise. I have a DMP BD 30, serial number is VA8DA006003.
